Our Commitment

The Faith Made LLC, doing business as The Faith Made, is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a completed project.

Current Status

Our site is built on the Shopify platform using a customised theme. We have not yet conducted a formal accessibility audit, whether automated or manual, and we have not implemented a dedicated accessibility programme. We therefore do not represent that our site conforms to any particular level of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Features such as alternative text discipline, keyboard navigation, ARIA labelling, and colour-contrast compliance currently rely on the default behaviour of our Shopify theme and have not been independently verified.

We do not use a third-party accessibility overlay or widget, and we do not rely on any overlay as a substitute for accessible design.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, or need assistance completing a purchase, contact us at support@thefaithmade.com and describe the difficulty and the page or feature involved. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, including by completing a purchase on your behalf where that is the practical solution, and we treat this correspondence as a priority.

Future Plans

We do not currently have a scheduled accessibility audit or a formal remediation timeline. This Statement will be updated to reflect any audit findings or remediation programme we adopt.
